How do I register in the CPB Contractors New Zealand Safety Management system?

What benefit does the Contractor Management portal have for me and my employees?

The portal is your key to doing business with CPB Contractors New Zealand. It ensures your employees are safe and qualified to be on our projects, reducing risk.

Employees from my company need to work on CPB Contractors New Zealand projects. What do I need to do?

You will need to register your company via the online portal. Please click on the Register Now button at the top of this page. Once your registration is complete, you can start booking your employees into inductions.

What if my username and password for the portal does not work?

Your username and password are case sensitive. Try copying and pasting from the email you received (ensuring you don’t copy any spaces). If this doesn’t work please Contact Us.

What if I haven’t received my username and password for the portal?

Please check your junk mail first. If you still haven’t received it, please Contact Us so we can confirm your email address and re-issue your login details.

What if I forget or lose my password?

The portal can email you a new password if you’ve forgotten or lost yours. Click on Forgot my Password on the login page and you’ll be emailed your password.

I need to change the user access for our company. How do I get new login details issued?

How do I enrol employees into inductions?

After logging in to the portal, select ‘Order Cards’, complete the individual registration process and select a role for your employee based on the project and type of work they’re doing.

The portal will prompt you to upload documents and choose from available inductions to book into.

How do I order a replacement induction card?

Please Contact Us to be sent a replacement card.

How long is my company registration valid for?

Registration is currently valid for five years.

How do I know if I need a CPB Contractors New Zealand project site induction?

What do I need to do to complete my CPB Contractors New Zealand induction?

All inductions are booked online through the registration process and completed on site. To book into an induction, your company must first be registered in the CPB Contractors New Zealand Safety Management portal. Your company administrator will then enrol you into an induction and you’ll be emailed details of how to complete it.

Will I receive a card that I can use to access CPB Contractors New Zealand project sites?

Cards will be issued at the successful completion of your induction. You must carry this card with you at all times on the project site and produce it when required.

How can I order a replacement induction card?

How long is my induction valid for?

Currently inductions are valid for two years.
